Quick and Healthy Snack||Watermelon Pizza

Hi everyone! For todays blog post, I thought I’d share one of my fav snacks atm – watermelon ‘pizza’. This is SO quick to make, it literally takes me less than 5 minutes to prepare and it tastes delish. I like to top mine with muesli and chia seeds but there are so many different options: pomegranate seeds, chocolate chips, mango – the possibilities are endless. This is one of my favourite snacks for the summer, the watermelon is so refreshing and hydrating  – especially if it’s a hot day!DSC_0001DSC_0002

How To Make:

Cut your watermelon lengthways and then quarter it into 4 ‘pizza’ slices. Grab some yoghurt(I find coconut yoghurt goes really well with this) and then spread it over your watermelon using the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with whatever toppings you fancy(chia seeds, granola, oats, pomegranate seeds, strawberries, blueberries etc.) and then drizzle some honey over the top and ,voila, you have the perfect summer snack!

It’s such a simple recipe but they taste SO good and also look really cute! Let me know what summer snack you’re loving atm.
