After hearing so many people rave about the Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks, I thought I’d finally try one myself and it definitely didn’t fail to disappoint. I absolutely love it, not just because of the beautiful rose gold packaging but because of the creamy texture of it which literally glides over your lips. Charlotte Tilbury is a brand that has become very well established within the beauty industry due to Charlotte’s knowledge of makeup having worked within the industry for over 20 years. I’ve been watching a few of the Charlotte Tilbury Instagram videos and you can just tell how passionate she is about makeup and all her products which makes me love the brand even more! Here is a review on the Charlotte Tilburry lipstick in shade ‘Penelope Pink’.Description – Nude lipstick with pink undertones
• The Lipstick Tree protects your lips from UV damage & oxidative stress to leave them soft, soothed & hydrated.
• Light-diffusing pigments gives your lips a multi-dimensional finish to leave them look full-bodied and luminous.
• The blend of waxes glides over your lips for a rich, buildable colour.
• Ideal for an everyday nude in a hydrating formula.
• Paraben free
Price – £24.00
I do think this is quite pricey for a lipstick but you can really tell a difference in the quality.
Packaging – I love the packaging for this lipstick. It’s a gorgeous rose gold shade and it looks so pretty on my makeup shelf.
Texture – The consistency of this lipstick is so creamy and hydrating. As someone who tends to get quite dry lips, this lipstick is perfect for that because my lips are a pretty shade AND they’re hydrated! The lipstick also lasts for a long time without me having to keep reapplying. It does come of a bit when eating however.
Overall – I will definitely be repurchasing some more Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks as I’m obsesed with this one. I’ve had a look on the website at different shades and I’m really impressed with the amount of nude lispticks that they have. The only problem is that they are quite pricey, so they’re definitely a ‘treat’ lipstick.

January 21, 2019 at 8:10 pmI’m so glad you love this lipstick! I’ve been on the Fence about CT just because of how expensive her products are. I probably won’t be able to afford anything from her this year but I’m glad to know that the quality is worth the price!
