Liebster Award

September 26, 2017

Thank you so much to The Girl in the Green Scarf for nominating me for this award. She blogs about beauty, fashion and lifestyle and you should definitely go and check her out!

What was your worst travel experience?

I’ve been fortunate enough to not really have a bad travel experience. I don’t travel too much. The worst is probably an hours delay so I can’t complain!

What is the furthest away you have been from home?

I live in the UK so the furthest away I’ve been from home is probably Florida for 2 weeks when I was 10.

Where would you like to live in the future?

I would LOVE to live in New York for a few years. I think it would be so lovely to experience the city, especially at Autumn/Christmas time. I’m imagining it to be like the Home Alone movie although to be honest it’s probably not:)

Would you like to have children one day? If so, how many?

Yes I would like to have children, I’ve always wanted to. Even when I was little I knew I always wanted to be a mum. I would like two children because I have 1 sibling and I think it’s a nice number. Nobody feels left out.

What is your all-time favourite book?

I would have to say Malory Towers. Even though it’s a children’s book, it brings back so many childhood memories. Even now, if I can’t get to sleep I’ll read a chapter or two of it. I’ve probably read the series about 20 times!

What is your pet peeve?

I don’t like it when people spit their gum on the floor. It makes the street look so dirty, like it’s covered in bird poo! It’s also horrible when your on an escalator and you hold the handle only to realise that it’s covered in chewing gum. That’s happened to me way too many times…

What is your worst habit?

Probably biting my nails. Every new year I try to stop doing it but by February I’m biting them again. It’s just habit! I do it without realising it, especially when I get anxious.

If you were going to die in 24 hours, what three things would you do in the time you had left?

First I would get all my friends and family over to my house to spend time with them whilst I can. Then, I would order/ bake all of my favourite food:cookies, pizza, ice cream, chips. The list goes on! Finally, I would make a time capsule so if anyone was to come to earth again they would find it and know what went on.

What do you think is your biggest achievement?

Starting this blog. It has given me so much confidence and is very rewarding. It’s also helped me to improve my photography skills.

Would you rather visit the world 100 years in the past or 100 years into the future?

I think 100 years in the past. If I knew what was to happen in the future then I would be dreading/ looking forward to it for ages. I think it’s better just to go with the flow then knowing what’s about to come. I also think it would be cool to physically experience what life was like in the past. To see if it’s really what the history books tell you.
