3 of the Best Berry Lips for Autumn

As soon as September rolls round, the berry lip comes out and it’s fair to say that I’ve built up quite the collection over the past few years. I love wearing a berry lip because it’s a bit different to my usual lip shades that I go for and it’s quite a bold look. I love a lipstick that’s going to stay on during the day when I’m eating and drinking and I think these 3 do just that.

Barry M Matte Me Up Metallic Lip – Runway Berry – I tried this out for the first time about a week ago and I’M IN LOVE. I’ve never used a metallic liquid lipstick before but it works really well. It is a relatively pale berry shade that you can build up and it has a slight shimmer of gold running through it. It also stays on the whole day without constantly having to reapply which is definitely a plus!

Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Lipstick – Plum This Show – I know that I mentioned this in last year’s blog post but I couldn’t not mention it again. It’s so easy to apply, even though it’s quite a dark shade and it doesn’t dry out your lips either. The shade is gorgeous – it literally SCREAMS autumn and I’ve already repurchased this in other shades.

Sleek Matte Me Lipstick – Velvet Slipper – This is another liquid lipstick, can you tell I like them (?!), and I love it for the same reason – that they stay on your lips for ages! It’s also really light and you only need one stroke to apply.  I sometimes add some clear gloss to this one to soften the look a bit and it works perfectly – even after the gloss comes off!
